Returns & Refunds

Because we aim to guarantee a positive client experience, our return policy is established for 30 days after delivery. Almost everything can be returned or exchanged for a full refund or exchange within 30 days after delivery.

Your exchange order will be processed and sent to you within the next 15 business days after we have received and examined your return (often within 72 hours of receipt). If a refund is given, it will be processed within 7 business days, and you will get an email confirming it. Depending on your payment type, refunds will be applied to the original payment method and handled in 10 to 45 days.

The following situations qualify the buyer for a refund or return as well

  • Customer receives the wrong product
  • Goods have a few flaws
  • Damaged goods while shipping
  • The item has been altered
  • If you receive a damaged goods, please get in touch with us within two working days.

Under no circumstances may personalised or other customised products be returned for a refund or exchange.

Extra Return Policy Terms & Conditions

The returned item must be new, unworn, wrinkle-free, undamaged (both the sole and the upper shouldn't have any scratches), and in sellable shape.
Your return will be processed within 7 working days after we receive it and inspect it.
Orders of standard sizes may be exchanged or returned for a full refund.
Only alterations may be made to custom or made-to-measure orders.
If a return or refund does not adhere to these guidelines, we reserve the right to refuse it.

Returns and Modifications for Custom Orders

We promise to provide your ideal jacket to you right away. But, we provide the first adjustment free of charge if your bespoke purchase doesn't suit you properly.

How do we work to create win-win circumstances?
Creating a win-win situation with custom (read: customised) jackets may be challenging and keep us on our toes. The following factors may lead to the necessity for a return.

Design & Quality Solution: We send you photographs of the actual product before we ship your purchase. Before we ship it, you can inspect the design, fabric, and stitching. This could eliminate this explanation.

Size Solution: Our customer service representative requests your body measurement when you submit a bespoke order. Please use our sizing chart as a reference when taking your body measurements. Even with accurate measurements, there is still a risk for sizing inaccuracy. Even so, we provide a free first alteration if the jacket doesn't fit you precisely when it arrives. You would be responsible for the cost of returning the jacket to us, though.


For custom orders, we do not accept returns in exchange for reimbursements. Please recognise that your unique order was made only for you. We won't likely sell it to anyone else and will customise every aspect, including style, material, and accessories, to your preferences.
